Will the FAILmas Jackass return to pickle the cucumbers for the children? Will there be guests who ignore or interrupt the Swimcast Newsteam? Find out tonight!

Tuesday, November 30th, 2010:

Marc, with the help of John, Sara, and Scott, recap the "*Expletive* Epic" Venture Bros. Season 4.2 Finale in great detail. Trish chimes in later on the finale, as well as dreams of Burt Reynolds.

Friday, November 26th, 2010:

With very little [adult swim] news, the Swimcast brings you a Black Friday BS Extravaganza. The crew are joined by Ramon and Alicia and talk at great lengths about various fast food chains, start rumors about certain people currently on a Chrimbus tour, and many other topics. Later, Trish reads (and goes off on) a rather head-numbing email and schedules a fight at the local Denny's.

Friday, November 19th, 2010:

Another week of [adult swim] news. Gritty Chimp joins us once again to tell us what's going on in the UK. Scott joins us live from Toys R Us to check out the new Robot Chicken toys. Later, we're joined by an alternate NewsTeam in an alternate dimension to interview Andy Sipes and discuss his online web series, Archer, Code Monkeys, iPhone apps, Foursquare, and... Soul Plane.

Friday, November 5th, 2010:

The Swimcast Newsteam return after a month of Conventions, Marathons, etc. to play catch-up. New York Comic-Con, Swim Against Cancer 2, and much more is discussed at great lengths. We also talk some Human Centipede for some reason.

Friday, September 24th, 2010:

An afternoon of news, recaps, and rantings. Trish returns and we discuss [as]shop's newest WTF item. We're also rejoined by The Gritty Chimp of [as]UK. Much ranting on an item John found while Googling. We also discuss the upcoming New York Comic-Con and Swim Against Cancer 2.

Friday, September 10th, 2010:

Dragon*Con ended (sadface). But John and Marc discuss at great lengths, the epicness of what was D*C 2010. Also joining in are veteran Albert, n00b Sara, and special guest adultswim.co.uk's The Gritty Chimp.

Saturday, September 4th, 2010:

Dragon*Con is finally here! John, Ashley, and Marc hold a live Swimcast from the [as]central table in the Marriott Marquis. Much like the first edition last year, this year's D*C Live is chock full of craziness and [adult swim] love. Enjoy!

Thursday, August 26th, 2010:

With one week removed from the fun, the Swimcast crew discuss the events happening at this year's Dragon*Con down in Atlanta (which have probably changed once or twice as you've been reading this summary.) Discussions regarding the new season of Delocated and Childrens' Hospital arise. John expresses rage over a particular commercial airing consistantly on [adult swim]

(P.S.: Intro music is part of the commercial slowed down.)

Thursday, August 19th, 2010:

John J. and Trish go solo interview once again, in a 30 minute interview with Delocated's Jon Glaser. Discussions of cats, Word Jazz, and Fake Twitter accounts are abound. Also, an attempt on a second half of a Swimcast is squashed by illness and unavailability.

Tuesday, August 3rd, 2010:

Tonight's cast starts with Trish's failed attempt at "centralizing" a meetup between herself and John. Later, Craig Hartin joins us to discuss his adventures at San Diego Comic-Con, including a story about an 80's Movie Icon. We also mention our upcoming interview with Delocated's Jon Glaser.

Thursday, July 29th, 2010:

This week's cast, we invite Marc from Venture Blog back once again to discuss San Diego Comic-Con (since none of us had no time/money/interest in going.) About a dozen names are dropped between Marc and John alone. Trish bails out halfway through due to "lady issues," and the crew go on random tangents about topical items like American Idol's shuffle, Lindsay Lohan, and many other random topics.

Thursday, July 15th, 2010:

One more step in the Avant Guarde direction for the Swimcast, we are joined by more of the Nerd Blerp crew and attempt to glue together an already derailed podcast. Marc from VBB also joins us to discuss San Diego ComicCon next week... Oh, and we interview some guy named Rob Corddry about his new show on [adult swim].

Thursday, July 15th, 2010:

As we wait for the rest of the Nerd Blerp crew to call in, the usual pre-show antics occur. Enjoy.

Monday, July 5th, 2010:

This week we turn it up a few more levels by inviting Dino Stamatopoulos, creator of of Moral Orel and the new show, Mary Shelley's Frankenhole. Dino chats with us about our usual fan-related stuff, bathroom manners, death, and of course... alcohol. Later, we introduce Marc from our newest [as]central website, Venture Bros. Blog and talk about what's in store for the next few eps of the Swimcast.

Friday, July 2nd, 2010:

This week, John and Albert are joined by Swimcast Ringer Ramon, returning Nude Gay Artist, Max G., and a few of the crew from Nerd Blerp once again in an attempt to "regroup" from Episode 100. Lessons definitely learned.

Friday, June 18th, 2010:

Episode 100 is finally upon us! Hope you have massive time on your hands, as the crew (present, and a majority from the past) plus some random guests, join us for this celebration of 100 episodes plus. Enjoy, and thanks for 3 years of Swimcast fun... and many more to come!

Friday, June 18th, 2010:

Before the insanity that we call episode 100, we bang out technical difficulties between both Skype and Ustream, while at the same time, wait for more people to join in.

Wednesday, May 26th, 2010:

One removed from the big 100 Live episode, the crew discuss the premier of miniseries Check it Out with Dr. Steve Brule as well as the season premier of Squidbillies. This year's [adult swim] Upfront (or lack thereof) is also discussed. Plans for 100 are also rolled out.

Thursday, May 13th, 2010:

Inching slowly closer to our own 100th ep, the crew discuss Aqua Teen's 100th, the series finale of Awesome Show, Aqua Teen Live in NYC, the latest merch and games on [as].com, plans for both Swim Against Cancer 2 and Swimcast 100, and some rather risque stuff courtesy of superfan Astan.

Wednesday, April 28th, 2010:

With visions of episode 100 looming, the crew discuss the success that was Swim Against Cancer, as well as other fundraisers both sanctioned and unsanctioned by [as] central. In addition we discuss a rather interesting e-mail recieved one that has to do a lot with the country of Belgium. P.S.: This episode is up to OSHA standards.

Friday, April 9th, 2010:

With not much on the old agenda, a short (but sweet) episode is planned by Trish, as John is not prepared. After trying to massively promote next week's Swim Against Cancer, Todd Redner and eventually Jermaine Fowler join in... making the original plan of short cast pretty much void. In addition, we invite Ramon from Instant Leftovers in on the insanity.

Thursday, April 1st, 2010:

Another April Fool's Day. The crew (Trish included this time) re-review The Room prank as well as how it was improved upon. John and Trish also discuss the upcoming Swim Against Cancer event.

Wednesday, March 17th, 2010:

A special St Patty's Day edition of the Swimcast. John, Trish, and MrTaxxxi are joined by Mass Destructo's Jermaine Fowler. As always much is talked about (aside from the usual [adult swim] banter) including Comedy Central's new animated series, another podcast anaylzing ours, and David Hassellhoff.

Thursday, March 11th, 2010:

We return once again to bring you news in all forms. The special feature this week being Freaknik: The Musical. Join us as we go in-depth on Freaknik, Tim and Eric, Aqua Teen, Squidbillies, and of course the usual off-topicness you've come to expect from us.

Thursday, March 4th, 2010:

After another couple of weeks of total meltdown, we decide to regroup, retool, and reinvigorate The Swimcast with the addition of three new recruits. The New-And-Improved NewsTeam assemble once more to touch down on numerous topics: The Burger King pilot votes on adultswim.com, Bif Bang Pow's VB figure reveal, Archer's renewal, and many other things that you didn't neccesarily need to know.

Tuesday, February 16th, 2010:

A special afternoon edition of The Swimcast where John and Trish interview Venture Bros. star, James Urbaniak (Dr. Venture.) Much is delved into in regards to his various works as well as information on Austrailian lawsuits, Carl Weathers, an alma mater that he and John both share... which now has a roundabout on the main road. Possibly our best interview to date.

Thursday, February 11th, 2010:

After a few weeks of more technological differences, the Swimcast returns with some hot, hot news on ATHF, Tim and Eric, and many other shows. Trish guides us through the latest [as] Shop ridicule, Max tells us how to care for and handle bees, and Ashley regales us with a story about someone she encountered while interning at World Leaders. Don't miss this ep, there's no gum chewing.
