SEASON FOUR
The Season Finale is finally at hand. The Swimcast NewsTeam finish as they started... with plenty of news and little time to talk about it... so instead they go on pointless rants and spout useless trivia eventually hitting on key points like Dragon*Con, Venture Bros Season 4, and random foods and beverages.
The second to last episode of the season is full of much fail as a limited crew attempt to discuss the cancellation of Lucy, [adult swim]'s latest DVD debacle, and many other things not worth mentioning.
Trish's plan comes to fruition (kind of) when Todd Redner and Craig Hartin from Radical Axis (of EVIL!) return to talk about many a thing.... MANY.
After a month's absence due to personal issues, the Swimcast returns and celebrates it's 2nd Anniversary on the internets. Most of the important people show up and bicker amongst themselves.
The second part of our 3 hour Toddpromptu with Radical Axis's Todd Redner. Todd plugs his upcoming horror film, Animo. Plus, Tucker stops by to have Todd listen to his Marcula impression... Todd has some impressions as well.
One final live attempt on our sinking ship called The Swimcast leads to an impromptu saving/interview with our old Radical Axis buddy, Todd Redner. We talk about the live action ATHF ep, Perfect Hair Forever, Robot Chicken, and much much more.
The epic struggle between man and machine continues... massive Live Chat issues accompanied with the loss of the second half of the episode make for an impending hiatus from UStream. Also, Trish learns the true meaning of Twitter's #followfriday.

Attempting to record a new Swimcast ep leads to the discovery of a rather interesting and inspiring project.
As The Swimcast reaches yet another podcast milestone, the NewsTeam also get a well-awaited explosion of news as they discuss in-depth [adult swim]'s Upfront Presentation. Also joining the crew this week, the unlikeliest of guest contributors (who also happens to be the individual who created the most epic logo EVER!) More discussion regarding the fan submitted recaps are also discussed... in a "new" section which is not the same as recaps. Nope. Not at all.
One more week of News Drought. We turn our attention to a new [as] fansite on the block as well as a mis-interpreted abbreviation for said group's Community Pool. Chris Hanson was then summoned but sadly did not bring the cookies. The NewsTeam also starts a rather interesting new contest.
Another week of straw-grasping in regards to the [as] news, recaps, and a drought of e-mails. Focus goes to an old [as] buddy of ours to entertain with talk about puppets and male genitalia.
Trish returns to a week where news about overly expensive and small Mooninite pants reign supreme. John rebuts last week's Snydecast in a way only he can... by blanking out everything else and going into an overly long rant that mostly involved parts of his miserable childhood. Trish also learns what an Awl is.... even though John still can't pronounce it right.... or SHoE. Oh right... also recaps.
A Trishless cast brings a more focused (still news-lacking) NewsTeam who BS about random 1980's toys, new movie releases, and (despite what a certain voiceover actor may think) foods. We also read a rather small (but interesting) mailbag.
The NewsTeam (minus the news) decide to go on a non-stop non-break-filled BS cast. Most of the BS talk however involves a certain film based on a certain graphic novel where they overdid it on showing the blue guy's pee-pee.
The strong WILL survive! The News Team successfully survive doing a podcast whilst the most horrific zombie-like epidemic in the nation: Allergy Season.
Another week of recapping fun -- only less distracting! The News Team go IN DEPTH on [adult swim's] April Fool's joke, recap episodes including the season (hopefully not series) finale of Delocated, and an impromptu "concert" thanks to a care package from one Dana Snyder.
After a week off and some experiments in live streaming podcasts, The Swimcast takes yet another step in a seemingly wrong direction by hosting a LIVE Swimcast. While some Venturific fun ensues, John is distracted by random chat trolls on UStream (mostly in part thanks to Trish.)
During a week riddled in fail and sad news, Team Swimcast presses forward and makes an attempt to undo last week's Cast of Fail. Tucker returns, and assists in above par news and ep guide recaps. Much talk about bizzare schedule changes, even bizzare-er videos, and the bizzare-est towel ever.
Of course we all know by now what happens to the episode we record AFTER an epic cast... but now what happens when that plus grasping at news articles PLUS missing most of the episodes to recap occurrs? We essentially "do what we do best" as Smaddy puts it, and BS our way through this trainwreck of trainwrecks.
The moment no one was waiting for... The Swimmies! Just like your average awards show (only way crappier... or better, depending on who saw The Oscars this year.) Special guests galore, including Nick Gibbons from Radical Axis and his magical Bedtime Care Bear. I honestly don't remember half of this night.... and I wasn't sipping "Bitch Drinks" either.

This week the News Team tackles some random news, the standard recaps, a failbag thanks to a returning n00b, and uncover a rather interesting drinking game. We also run through the categories for next week's Swimmies.
After a week's hiatus due to the NYC Comic-Con, the Swimcast News Team returns with a vengance by blowing open news on [adult swim], Comic-Con, and a rather large and interesting e-mail sack. Trish continues to be disinterested due to a ridiculously overrated holiday.... that John hates for obvious reasons. Meh.
John is left alone with The Womerns (including Trish) of the Swimcast. Discussed is Smaddy's venture into Philly to see Tim and Eric Awesome Tour, more primer for New York Comic-Con, and much of us being tired.
The crew discuss [adult swim]'s latest aquisition, Look Around You. Later, John airs a super-secret "meeting of the minds (minus one, because it was 3am)" that occurred the past week and brought some startling revelations... to a rather insulted Trish.
Despite internet problems, Trish calls in and the crew discuss the rather sad news regarding Frisky Dingo. After Trish's rollover minutes expire, the rest of the crew move ahead with recaps, and some interesting schedule changes.
Season Four begins with a bang and a boosh... so to speak. The crew discuss the new Frisky Dingo Season 2 DVD's, some Drinky Crow recaps, and Trish looks for a green frog. Also.. Todd Redner punched a guy.
